The fifth and final step in our process is the Completion Phase, where we ensure that every aspect of your remodeling project meets your expectations. This phase marks the culmination of our efforts and the beginning of your enjoyment of the newly transformed space.
Final Walkthrough and Punch List
Upon completion of your project, the project manager will conduct a thorough walkthrough with you to review every detail. During this walkthrough, we will develop a punch list of any remaining tasks or touch-ups needed. Our goal is to address these items promptly and ensure that everything meets your standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Ensuring Your Satisfaction
Once all punch list items are completed and you are 100% satisfied with the outcome, the project manager will collect the final payment. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to delivering a project that exceeds your expectations.
Certificate of Completion
As part of the Completion Phase, the project manager will present you with a certificate of completion for you to sign. This document signifies the successful completion of your remodeling project and marks the beginning of your enjoyment of the newly renovated space.
Aftercare and Warranty
The project manager will also address any aftercare and warranty questions you may have. We want to ensure that you have all the information you need to maintain and care for your new space.
